Welcome to Starbase 01.com
Could this view be the future home of a Starbase in the near future?
Perhaps, the first steps have already been taken by several countries around the globe.
Also a lot of people have their own ideas about the future, for example Gene Roddenberry, with his Star Trek vision. Sadly that vision has come to an end with the cancellation of the series Enterprise.
